PEAR INCORPORATION & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Incorporation Setup
  • PEAR is setting up a head Singapore company which will govern all of PEAR's IP/international banking structure/stake holder & equity agreements.
  • PEAR is setting up a British Virgin Islands (BVI) entity which will strictly be used for the PEAR token raise.
  • Both entities will be registered via our strategic partner BlockOffice
Regulatory Compliance

PEAR intends to engage with it's strategic Block Office whose expertise is in global incorporation and legal and regulatory services will establish a compliant operational structure. With assistance from our strategic partner Block Office, PEAR will ensure that its business entities adhere to international regulatory standards, protecting both the PEAR team and its stakeholders. Their team, which includes ex-founders and regulatory experts, will support PEAR in navigating the complexities of legal frameworks for tokenization, data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and securities considerations to avoid misclassification of PEAR tokens as securities.

Sam serves as the Founder and CCO of the PEAR project. AI/Marketing Advisor
Rich plays a pivotal role in the PEAR project as an AI/Marketing Advisor, leveraging his diverse expertise to drive the initiative's success. His experience spans running RT Digital, a digital marketing agency, and developing innovative tech solutions like COS (Complete Outreach System) and AISS (AI Driven Sales System), both designed to transform business generation for brands. Within the PEAR project, Rich contributes by advising on marketing strategy, branding, and market positioning. With over 2 decades of Finance experience, 15+ years in investment banking, and 5+ years working with early stage startups, Christian has a wide variety of experience across the CFO and COO verticals. He's used to navigating complex regulatory environments and knows the best way to support projects through their funding and/or listing roadmap. Christian is the head CFO for BlockOffice who provides strategic back-office services for early-stage startups & funds to support their back-office and scaling needs.
